- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, lemon juice, white vinegar, and salt.
Whisk until well combined.
Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours.
After 24 hours, stir the mixture and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before using.
