  • 1 lb smoked sausage sliced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium bell pepper chopped
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. Stir in the baby spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  6. Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Serve hot.
