Main Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked sausage sliced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium bell pepper chopped
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Stir in the baby spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Serve hot.
