- 1 lb Ground beef
- 4 Burger buns
- 4 slices Cheese
- to taste Salt and pepper
Heat the griddle over medium-high heat.
Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and roll into balls.
Place the beef balls on the griddle and smash them flat with a spatula.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until crispy and cooked through.
Place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt.
Toast the burger buns on the griddle.
Assemble the burgers and serve hot.
