Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Transfer the cooked beef and onion to the slow cooker.
  3. 3. Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and beef broth to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  5. 5. Serve hot, topped with your favorite taco toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
