Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs oxtail
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 potatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
1. Season oxtail with salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet, brown oxtail on all sides.
3. Transfer oxtail to slow cooker.
4. Add all remaining ingredients to the slow cooker.
5. Cook on low for 8 hours or until oxtail is tender.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
