Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs oxtail
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season oxtail with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, brown oxtail on all sides.
  3. 3. Transfer oxtail to slow cooker.
  4. 4. Add all remaining ingredients to the slow cooker.
  5. 5. Cook on low for 8 hours or until oxtail is tender.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
