A delicious and easy French dip sandwich made in the slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 3 lbs Beef Chuck Roast
- 1 packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 1 can Beef Broth
- 6 rolls French Rolls
- 6 slices Provolone Cheese
1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over the roast.
3. Pour the beef broth over the roast.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
5. Shred the beef with two forks and serve on French rolls with provolone cheese.
6. Use the remaining broth as a dipping sauce.
