Main Ingredients
- 3 pounds corned beef brisket
- 1 large head cabbage cut into wedges
- 6 large carrots peeled and cut into chunks
- 10 small red potatoes halved
- 1 large onion quartered
- 4 cups water
Place corned beef brisket into a slow cooker.
Add water, cover, and cook on low for 8 hours.
Add cabbage, carrots, potatoes, and onion to the slow cooker.
Cook for an additional 2 hours on low.
Remove meat and vegetables from the slow cooker. Slice meat across the grain and serve with vegetables.
