Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup
A comforting and easy-to-make chicken noodle soup using a slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breasts
- 8 cups Chicken broth
- 2 Carrots, sliced
- 2 Celery stalks, sliced
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 8 oz Egg noodles
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Add chicken, broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the slow cooker.
2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
3. Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker.
4. Add egg noodles and cook for another 20-30 minutes until noodles are tender.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
