Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breasts
  • 8 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 Carrots, sliced
  • 2 Celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 8 oz Egg noodles
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add chicken, broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the slow cooker.
  2. 2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  3. 3. Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker.
  4. 4. Add egg noodles and cook for another 20-30 minutes until noodles are tender.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
