  • 2 pieces Sirloin Steak about 1 inch thick
  • 4 tablespoons Butter unsalted
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  3. 3. Reduce the heat to medium, add the butter and garlic to the skillet. Baste the steaks with the garlic butter for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
