Instructions
1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
3. Reduce the heat to medium, add the butter and garlic to the skillet. Baste the steaks with the garlic butter for another 1-2 minutes.
4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
