Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 8 Flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add shrimp, bell pepper, and onion. Cook until shrimp is pink and vegetables are tender.
Season with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from skillet.
Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, add shrimp mixture, and top with another tortilla.
Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling. Cut into wedges and serve.
