Shepherds Pie Recipe
A classic comfort food dish made with ground meat and mashed potatoes.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add carrots, peas, and corn to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in beef broth and tomato paste. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes on top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
