Ingredients 

Pancake Batter

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.5 cups Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 tablespoon Melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a sheet pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared sheet pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Let it cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve.
