Salad Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup cucumber diced
- 1 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
In a large bowl, layer the chopped lettuce.
Add a layer of cherry tomatoes.
Add a layer of diced cucumber.
Add a layer of thinly sliced red onion.
Add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese.
Add a layer of crumbled bacon.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Spread this dressing over the top layer.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
