Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, layer the chopped lettuce.
  2. Add a layer of cherry tomatoes.
  3. Add a layer of diced cucumber.
  4. Add a layer of thinly sliced red onion.
  5. Add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Add a layer of crumbled bacon.
  7. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Spread this dressing over the top layer.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
