Ingredients

  • 1 lb Mixed seafood (shrimp, crab, etc.)
  • 4 pieces Bread rolls
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup Tomato, sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the seafood, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the seafood mixture for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  3. 3. Toast the bread rolls in the skillet until golden brown.
  4. 4. Assemble the sandwiches by placing the seafood mixture on the bottom half of each roll, then top with shredded lettuce and tomato slices. Cover with the top half of the roll.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
