Seafood Chowder Recipe
A hearty and creamy seafood chowder that's perfect for a cozy dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Potatoes, diced
- 4 cups Fish stock
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 lb Mixed seafood (shrimp, clams, fish)
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until soft.
3. Add the diced potatoes and fish stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
4. Stir in the heavy cream and mixed seafood. Cook until the seafood is just cooked through.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
