  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 30 oz frozen hashbrowns, thawed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine hashbrowns, cooked sausage, and cheese.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour egg mixture over hashbrown mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
