Sausage Hashbrown Breakfast Casserole
A hearty breakfast casserole with sausage, hashbrowns, and cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 30 oz frozen hashbrowns, thawed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.
In a large bowl, combine hashbrowns, cooked sausage, and cheese.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over hashbrown mixture and stir to combine.
Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
