Ingredients 

Gravy

  • 1 lb Sausage
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Biscuits

  • 8 Biscuits store-bought or homemade

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. 2. Sprinkle flour over the cooked sausage and stir well.
  3. 3. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Bake biscuits according to package instructions or your recipe.
  6. 6. Serve gravy over split biscuits.
