Main Ingredients
- 14 oz Canned Salmon drained and flaked
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Celery finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Dill dried
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, celery, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into 8 patties.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
