Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 14 oz Canned Salmon drained and flaked
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Celery finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dill dried
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, celery, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into 8 patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
