Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Salmon fillet cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. 4. Add the salmon chunks and cook until the salmon is cooked through.
  5. 5. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
