Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked salmon, flaked
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Shape the mixture into 8 patties.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the salmon cakes for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
