- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Gravy Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
Form the mixture into 4 patties.

Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the gravy thickens.
Return the patties to the skillet and spoon gravy over them. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
