Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Gravy Ingredients

  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until tender. Add beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the gravy thickens.
  6. Return the patties to the skillet and spoon gravy over them. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
