A classic Russian salad with a mix of vegetables and a creamy dressing.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Potatoes, diced
- 1 cup Carrots, diced
- 1 cup Green peas
- 1 cup Pickles, diced
- 1 cup Cooked chicken, diced optional
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Boil the potatoes, carrots, and peas until tender. Drain and let cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the diced vegetables, pickles, and chicken.
In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
