Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Green peas
  • 1 cup Pickles, diced
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken, diced optional
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Boil the potatoes, carrots, and peas until tender. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the diced vegetables, pickles, and chicken.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
