- 1 whole Chicken about 4-5 pounds
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
1. Preheat your rotisserie to medium-high heat.
2. Rub the chicken with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
3. Place the chicken on the rotisserie spit and secure tightly.
4. Cook the chicken for about 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
5. Remove the chicken from the rotisserie and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
