  • 1 rack Lamb about 8 ribs
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Season the lamb with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the lamb for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Mix garlic and rosemary, then rub the mixture over the lamb.
  5. Place the lamb in a roasting pan and roast for 20-25 minutes for medium-rare.
  6. Let the lamb rest for 10 minutes before carving.
