Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork shoulder sliced thin
  • 1 Baguette split lengthwise
  • 1 cup Pickled carrots and daikon
  • ½ cup Cilantro fresh
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cucumber sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Add pork slices and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Place marinated pork on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes, until fully cooked.
  4. While the pork is roasting, prepare the baguette by spreading mayonnaise on both sides.
  5. Once the pork is done, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
  6. Assemble the sandwich by layering the pork, pickled carrots and daikon, cucumber slices, and cilantro inside the baguette.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
