- 1 lb Okra trimmed
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the okra with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the okra in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the okra is tender and slightly browned.
