Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken about 4 pounds
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
Rub the chicken with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Place the chicken in a roasting pan.
Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving.
