Reuben Sandwich
A classic Reuben sandwich with corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing, grilled between slices of rye bread.

- 4 slices Rye bread
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 8 oz Corned beef thinly sliced
- 1 cup Sauerkraut drained
- 4 tablespoon Russian dressing
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
On the unbuttered side of two slices, spread Russian dressing.
Layer with Swiss cheese, corned beef, and sauerkraut.
Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Grill sandwiches until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
