  • 2 cups ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2-3 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • optional Ice cubes

Instructions 

  1. Add mangoes, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
