Main Ingredients
- 4 cups cucumbers, sliced
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dill seed
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed
- 1. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. 
- 2. Place cucumbers, garlic, dill seed, and mustard seed into mason jars. 
- 3. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the cucumbers in the jars. 
- 4. Seal the jars and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
