Ingredients

  • 4 cups cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dill seed
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seed

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
  2. 2. Place cucumbers, garlic, dill seed, and mustard seed into mason jars.
  3. 3. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the cucumbers in the jars.
  4. 4. Seal the jars and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
