Main Ingredients
- 2 large Beets peeled and grated
- 1 large Carrot peeled and grated
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Peel and grate the beets and carrot.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated beets and carrot.
3. Add olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
