Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, sliced
  • 2 pcs Green onions, chopped
  • 2 pcs Boiled eggs, halved
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve hot, topped with green onions and boiled eggs.
