- 1 package coleslaw mix 14 oz
- 2 packages ramen noodles crushed, discard seasoning
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup green onions chopped
Dressing
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix, crushed ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, and chopped green onions.
In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Let the coleslaw sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
