Ingredients 

Ramen Noodle Buns

  • 2 packs Instant Ramen Noodles any flavor
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Burger Patties

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Toppings

  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 4 slices Cheese optional

Instructions 

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and let cool slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add the cooked ramen noodles. Mix well.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Divide the ramen mixture into 8 equal parts and shape into buns. Cook each bun for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside.
  4. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  5. In the same skillet, cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Add cheese slices on top if using.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty between two ramen buns. Add lettuce and tomato slices. Serve immediately.
