Ramen Noodle Buns
- 2 packs Instant Ramen Noodles any flavor
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Burger Patties
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Toppings
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 4 slices Tomato
- 4 slices Cheese optional
Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and let cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add the cooked ramen noodles. Mix well.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Divide the ramen mixture into 8 equal parts and shape into buns. Cook each bun for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside.
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
In the same skillet, cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Add cheese slices on top if using.
Assemble the burgers by placing a patty between two ramen buns. Add lettuce and tomato slices. Serve immediately.
