Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until mostly smooth.
Add the cooked quinoa, breadcrumbs, egg, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into 4 patties.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and heated through.
