Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Flour tortillas
- 2 cups Shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
- 1 cup Cooked chicken Diced, optional
- 2 tablespoon Butter
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with cheese and chicken (if using).
3. Top with another tortilla and cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Flip the quesadilla and cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted, another 2-3 minutes.
5. Remove from skillet and cut into wedges. Serve hot.
