Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine masa harina and water. Mix until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
Flatten each ball into a disc and place a spoonful of refried beans and cheese in the center.
Fold the edges over the filling and flatten again into a disc.
Heat a griddle over medium heat. Cook each pupusa for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
