  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
