- 2 cups Mashed Potatoes
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
Preheat your waffle iron.
In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, flour, eggs, milk, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Stir in the melted butter.
Grease the waffle iron if necessary. Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
