  • 4 cups Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  2. 2. Add diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender.
  3. 3. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
  4. 4. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Heat through and serve.
