- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 0.25 cup milk
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add melted butter and milk to the mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about ½ inch thick. Cut into triangles or rounds.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the scones for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
