  • 6 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoon fresh dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes, celery, onion, and fresh dill to the bowl. Mix well to combine.
