Filling
- 1 cup Ground Pork
- 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 pack Dumpling Wrappers
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
3. Fold the wrapper in half and pinch the edges to seal.
4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a bit of oil.
5. Place the pot stickers in the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
6. Add a small amount of water to the skillet and cover to steam the pot stickers for a few minutes.
7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
