- 1 lb Pork Tenderloin
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Place pork tenderloin in the slow cooker.
2. In a bowl, mix chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Pour over the pork.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until pork is tender.
