  • 4 pieces Pork Steaks about 1 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Season the pork steaks with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
  3. 3. Add the pork steaks to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  4. 4. Add minced garlic to the skillet during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  5. 5. Remove the pork steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
