- 2 lbs Pork Spare Ribs
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Place the pork spare ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Brush the ribs with the BBQ sauce mixture, coating them evenly.
Cover the ribs with another piece of aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
Remove the top foil and baste the ribs with more BBQ sauce. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
