Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Diced pork
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Frozen peas and carrots
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 bunch Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  2. Add diced pork and cook until browned.
  3. Push pork to the side and add beaten eggs. Scramble until cooked.
  4. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and frozen peas and carrots. Stir-fry until heated through.
  5. Stir in chopped green onions and serve hot.
