Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 lb Pork shoulder cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
  • 1 cup Orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. 2. In a Dutch oven, combine the pork, salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, orange juice, garlic, and chicken broth.
  3. 3. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, then cover and transfer to the oven.
  4. 4. Cook for about 4 hours, until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
  5. 5. Remove the pork from the oven and shred with two forks. Return to the pot and mix with the juices.
  6. 6. Serve hot with tortillas, lime wedges, and your favorite toppings.
