  • 500 g Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine chicken pieces and buttermilk. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. In another bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Dredge the marinated chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. 4. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
