  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 4 Hamburger Buns
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. 4. Cook the patties on the preheated grill or skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. 5. While the patties are cooking, warm the pizza sauce in a small saucepan.
  6. 6. Once the patties are cooked, place them on the hamburger buns. Top each patty with warm pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
